Many mornings you can find Allan nursing a cup of coffee at the Blue Fountain Diner in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He might have a book in front of him but more often than not you will find him reading the Bucks County Courier Times. First he goes over the headlines on the front page. If a story sparks his interest he might read it all the way through. Then he will inevitably turn to the last two pages of the first section of the paper. There he looks at the op-ed cartoon first to get his morning laugh. Then he looks at what the major columnists are writing about. If there is time before going to work he might read them all. There can be two, three, or sometimes even four on that last page of that section. For a while Allan was also keeping a tally sheet in his spiral notepad of who had been writing for the month and how many times so far. That is the source for most (but not all) of the list that has been started below. For the sake of simplicity it is in alphabetical order by last name. Where possible at least the email address and a website has been posted with the name.
